I wanted to join the minute I seen 40plus Double Dutch at my very first Juneteenth parade 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia. Looking at all those beautiful Black women still jumping rope, I was in amazement. I remember double dutching as a little girl for hours and hours. So of course as soon as I got home from Georgia, I started looking for 40 plus Double Dutch sub club near me, it took me a little time to locate you all. I emailed the founders and they pointed me in the right direction and now I am a member of the San Diego, California sub club since January 26, 2022.
