Good morning all, I am a member and one of co captains of the Harlem New York sub club. Been a member for 2 years. This movement is my outlet 2xs a week. I've met some awesome ladies and I enjoy the love, the fun, fellowship, fitness and most of all the friendships that will last a lifetime.
