As we embrace the festive season, one of our awesome and amazing captains, Denise Gardner ( Jackson, MS) has invited every member of the 40+ Double Dutch Club to join her in a fun and rejuvenating 30-day Hula Hoop Challenge throughout December!

Hula hooping isn't just a nostalgic childhood pastime; it also offers numerous health benefits, especially for women over 40!

Here are some reasons to grab a hula hoop and join the challenge:
