Reflecting on how I began my day with a cold bath because of the extreme heat due to the weather. Preping breakfast for my 2 older parents, empty trash and went walking. Follow-up on if the employers responded to the psychometric assessment that I took for employment. Praying that the psycho- analysis I completed was good enough to be employed. Because GOD knows I need it.

After being in a state of grief for the past 3+ years, I am gradually getting back to living versus existing. I am consistent with my baths, reading/sitting in stillness & health checkups but sleep sometimes doesn't come easy, still working to effectively manage stress & eating the right foods consistently as well as exercise are all works in progress.❤️
