I am super excited to be a new Captain of the Waterbury, CT 40 Plus Double Dutch Sisterhood. I fell in love with this club because of the double dutch which take me back to some fond memories of my teenage years. But most of all I fell in love with the joy I felt with the other women in the room.

Once I joined and learned that 40 Plus is about community and supporting your sisters, I was ALL IN! This spoke to my heart and what I am all about.

As women, mothers, grandmothers, Auntie etc we have to stick together, support one another, continue to Love one another and take time for ourselves. We can’t pour from an empty cup!

So I look forward to meeting more women in my SubClub and others at the various meet ups or Big Jump events.
