Hi Lori, no you do not have to know how to jump...come on out to one of the sub-clubs near you. We do have a Woodbridge Sub-Club that will be jumping on Saturday, 15 July (info coming). There's a DC Sub-Club that jumps every Saturday from 9-10:30 am at The Dream Ctr, 2826 Q St SE, Washington DC. WELCOME!🥰
