I too, saw the Sherri Shepard show on Monday, May 15th 2023. I just registered and would like to join the Bowie Maryland group. I'm excited to be involved in this group for (1) to exercise to stay active, (2) socialize by meeting with ladies that like the same thing and (3) it looks like so much fun. I haven't jumped in 50 plus years. lol
