Hi ladies I found out about 40+ via an article in the Washington Post today. I grew up in the Bronx, New York in Baychester projects. Double dutch was a daily activity in my neighborhood. It was our go to, I have so many fond memories of single rope (5, 4, 3, 21), double dutch jump rope and double orange, turning the ropes backward. I look forward to meeting up with you and seeing if my 60 year body can do what it do. Much love.
