Our first monthly Self-Care Saturday & Quarterly Birthday Celebration “Afterplay”session planned by the Hospitality Committee was AMAZING!
The Denver Metro Subclub had 19 ladies in attendance with 3 first time guests. We played, laughed and JUMPED into some celebration of ourselves!
Our Hospitality committee Rashonda Gordon, Gayle Grant, Sherri Ellis, Naikia Grays, Tenia Renee Nelson, Shah Love planned our 1st Self-Care Saturday! The Denver Sisters brought a poem, a song to add to our playlist, a healthy snack or Self Care routine to share. We took our Positive capsules 💊 - little affirmations rolled up in a capsule (so cool!)
