Hey there! Welcome to the club! In an effort to improve our overall physical health we are challenging ourselves to put on our 40+ DDC gear and get out and walk at least 10,000 steps every day. Then we post a picture of ourself along with the number of steps hoping to encourage all of our sisters to walk as well!
